I always come back for the cozy apartments, helpful staff, and great location. They even returned my earphones once! It has everything I need and more, like free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, and a flat-screen TV. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

it was brand-new in general: tidy room, peaceful location close to the gondola lift, a restaurant with tasty, and a hill. the staff were really accommodating. beds of our apartment were comfy. there was a good size bathroom. the pool looked great.

Overall experience was great. Great location just off the town centre, the gondola lift, and the slopes, and the room was warm.

We had a fantastic stay close to the slopes, a restaurant, and the town center, neat rooms, and accommodating staff.

The apartment was spacious, warm, and clean with plenty of storage space. the separate toilet was convenient for our group of five. the block was quiet and we were not disturbed. There was a small supermarket just in front of the block, great for necessities. the cost of accommodation and skiing was very good compared to other countries. the runs were challenging and satisfying. the restaurants provided good food with a mix of bars and dining options. We had a fantastic and affordable night at Cool Runnings, a Caribbean restaurant with entertainment. Other places like Hunters and Mamacita's also offered delicious food.

Great quiet location, whilst still being within 5-10 mins walking distance to the town centre. The apartment was a good size for a couple and was very clean. The staff were helpful in leaving our key out for us as we arrived after midnight and also allowing us to stay a few hours later on the last day. I recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a separate toilet, which was convenient for our group. the location was great, with a small supermarket right in front of the block, making it easy to grab essentials. the cost of the accommodation and skiing in the area was very reasonable compared to other places. the restaurants and bars in the resort were lively and offered a good variety of food options.

The kitchen in the apartment was quite small and poorly equipped. There was a lot of noise and dust from the nearby construction, which was a bit inconvenient.

The apartment was very clean and the room service was great. We really appreciated the comfortable beds and the fact that the internet connection was fairly good. Another great aspect was the spaciousness of the apartment, which had enough room for all four of us and our ski equipment.

The limited parking slots available, especially when the hotel was busy. We had to search for parking outside the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient.

The apartment has separate bedrooms and a kitchenette. The accommodating and affable staff knows how to make your stay great. It's a perfect base for traveling to Borovets. The apartment is really close to the gondola, a restaurant, and a hill.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the heated floors in the apartment, which kept us warm and cozy throughout our stay. the kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it convenient for us to prepare meals. The location of the apartment was also a big plus, as it was just a short walk away from the ski depot and had a good price-quality ratio.

That the bed provided was actually a couch, which was not very comfortable for sleeping. It would have been better if a proper bed was provided in the apartment.
